A member of the ICSP shall;

1. Participate in at least one Compulsory Annual Skills Exposure Scheme (CASES) a year.
2. Participate in all officially approved activities (including solidarity activities).
3. Abide by all the decisions of the Institute.
4. Cooperate fully with the Institute in any officially approved investigations.
5. Aspire to achieve legitimate financial security to avoid the desire for unwholesome activities.
6. Work to always be among the best in his organization (in appearance, conduct, performance, etc).
7. Make a reasonably acceptable career progress over a reasonable time.
8. Be conscious of the spirit and letter of this Code at all times and encourage others to do same.
9. Abide by the ICSP-Time code; ie, on or before time, at all appointments and events; corporate or private.
10. Be the eye of the Institute at all times wherever he operates in order to ensure that all members conduct themselves within the ambit of this Code.
11. Lawfully rally round any member who is in (dire) need.
12. Make his impact to be felt in any group or community he finds himself.
13. Pay his dues as and when due.
14. Strive to be unique and outstanding in everything he/she does.
